The New Plan
After some 33,000 years the "young" Mayan calendar was set to expire on 17 August 1987. The "old" Mayan calendar will not expire until the winter solstice of 2012 after counting perfect time for over 52,000 years. The "Harmonic Convergence" would be the popular name for the first event. The Ghost Dancers decided to use this vehicle as their prime mover to conduct their awesome business.
Ghost Dancers have been incarnating in small numbers prior to 1987. Incarnated representation was deemed necessary. The new and accepted plan was to have the bulk of the Ghost Dancers incarnating encase beginning in 1987 and through 2007. This figured to be the "doomed" generation and the Ghost Dancers chose to make it their own. Neither foolish or courageous, these ones were simply being practical. Each generation is traditionally different from their parents. This is the way of the western world. No less would be expected of them.
Amongst us today are found the fabled Ghost Dancers, incarnated in all races and in both sexes. Mingled in their midst are their peers, many whom are ardent sympathizers to their collective cause, which only a few have been able to remember. Born without memory, their often frustrated lives, filled with the stress of the day, take on occasional modes of anger and unprovoked violence. Oddly enough, yet understandable, this anger is often directed to their own kind rather than the adult community as one might expect. The school shootings being a typical example.
So, what is this "New Plan"? It was very simple. As this chosen generation annually entered adulthood, they would refuse to embrace the prevailing, crumbling system. The first few years of this refusal was expected to witness disaster for these inexperienced young ones and several were expected to capitulate and succumb to the dictates of their elders. Each succeeding year these numbers would lessen and desertion would be minimal. Soon a new culture would arise within these self disenfranchised ones.
Deprived of "young blood" to feed upon, the "old guard " would slowly wither and die on the vine. No malice, no bloodshed is required in this efficient, quiet revolution. Unlike the symbolic "firecracker" on the Fourth of July, perhaps a flower growing beside a murmuring rill will become the new symbol of the birth of a new future. The goal is achieved simply by doing nothing and doing it encase. This is how all the little children shall lead the way to the new and great civilized world of the future.

The New Civilization
As the young adults mature in a system in its death throws, where lies the noble path that justifies the unacceptance of our oblivion bound culture? In this answer lies the secret of success. The new way of the world will pattern after the standard way of the universe. The Ghost Dancers realized a few decades ago that revenge would ultimately resolve nothing and self satisfaction would forever ring hollow in their hearts. Construction, not destruction; growth, not regression; fill the people with joy, not the sadness of depression, were the appropriate changes worthy of desire. Such a noble goal, entertained by many thinkers over countless centuries, was always unworkable in the minds of men. Utopian as it was often called.
Plans could be conceived but they they could not be implemented. All great thoughts were destined to be tossed on the heap of good intentions. Now, "progress," with all of its' built in disasters and woes, has come to the rescue in the form of computer technology. It is now possible for all of humanity to be linked together in a communicative mode. Equality is the result. No one is ever disenfranchised ever again. The introduction of this new factor allows a completely new system to be a practical option to the upcoming generation.
It is easy for rebellious youth to reject the ways of their elders but it becomes most difficult to manifest that rejection if it cannot be replaced with something different and hopefully, better. This is the dilemma of the incoming Ghost Dancers today. Born without a memory of the past or of preconceived plans, they are not consciously aware of why they chose their incarnation. When they are made aware of their true identity, the movement will spread like wildfire! An idea whose time has come will change the dismal course of history over night.
Through new forms of meditation developed especially for these children, the little Ghost Dancers will awaken unto their true calling. As they mature their need for a usable vehicle to justify their refusal to embrace a decadent system shall be fulfilled by adopting certain variations of THE PLAN. All of the tools needed to consummate the movement are provided and they are currently available for all to see and to have.
This fulfills the prophecy of the return of the Ghost Dancers. Their mission, their purpose in life, is laid bare. It will be interesting to see if any government, religion, or commerce are able to squelch the programed destiny of America and the world in order to preserve a few more years of corruption, to satisfy their hard earned greed. Somebody must make the sacrifice. Traditionally it has always been our youth of the upcoming generation. Will history repeat itself once more? The Legend of the Ghost Dancers states that it will not.
The mass incarnations of "most unusual youths" growing up around us today, indicates the chosen time is indeed now! Is this the "New Age"; the "Age of Aquarius;" the "End" - the "Beginning" that we have all heard about? Perhaps. One thing we do know for certain, the absolute end of the "Great Calendar" of the ancient Mayan is scheduled for the Winter Solstice of 2012. A date that draws closer every year, every day.
